William Young Roberson passed away on February 23, 2021.  He is survived by his wife Delia, son William, and daughter Veronica, as well as his three grandchildren, Brooke, Rachel, and William.

William grew up on his family farm in North Carolina.  He graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California.  He went on to complete

a rewarding career in the Air Force.

William and Delia raised their family in California, where he enjoyed time with his children, his greatest joy.  William and Delia later moved to Tennessee where he enjoyed working on his land for many years.  With the birth of their grandchildren, William and Delia returned to California to be part of their lives.  William loved playing bridge and spending time with

his family. 

​

William was faithful, frugal, hardworking, and honest.

He cared about those less fortunate and asked that instead

of flowers, donations be made to a food bank in need.
